Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have experience in leadership: I have served in high-ranking positions in the National Guard. I know how to lead and manage soldiers, and I believe I can make the National Guard even better.
I believe in the values of the National Guard: The National Guard stands for discipline, teamwork, and helping others. These are values I strongly believe in, and I want to make sure we keep them in the future.
I have ideas to improve the National Guard: I want to make the National Guard stronger, more professional, and more respected. I believe I can bring new ideas and help everyone work better as a team.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
Better training: I will make sure we have more training for all soldiers, so everyone knows how to do their job well. Training will happen more often, and we will practice in many different situations.
Work with other teams: I will set up joint training with groups like LSPD, SAHP, and FIB. This will help us work together better and improve our skills.
Create a special team (“DELTA FORCE”): I want to create a special team called the Delta force. This team will be for the most skilled soldiers, and they will take on the hardest missions. This will make the National Guard more exciting and challenging for everyone.
