Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?
1. To Bring Back the True Marabunta Vibe: I want to make Marabunta known again as a strong, loyal, and respected gang. My goal is to bring unity, power, and real street RP to the gang like it used to be.
2. To Build a Loyal and Active Gang : I want members who stay loyal, follow gang rules, and enjoy RP together. I’ll make sure everyone has a role, purpose, and fun in the gang — not just random chaos.
3. To Lead with Experience and Creativity: I’ve got good RP experience and leadership ideas — from turf control to creative events and gang roleplay. I want to make Marabunta feared by enemies and respected by the city.
My Advice for Improving the Role-Play in the Organization:
1. Promote Realistic RP: Members should act like real gangsters — follow street codes, use proper communication, and avoid random or non-RP behavior. Everything should feel real and have purpose.
2. Teamwork and Discipline: Every member must respect the hierarchy and work together during gang activities, like turfs, deals, and patrols. Teamwork builds stronger RP and better gang image.
3. Training and Guidance: I’ll help new members learn proper RP commands, rules, and how to handle situations like negotiations or fights. Good training means fewer mistakes and more fun RP.
