Dear Lebron pluxury,

my account is ban for investigation but when i asked jonny to unban me he said me we have proofs that i did irl trade but i am 100% sure that i did not do irl trade but if jonny has proof then ban me directly but why jonny ban me for investigation for 60 days but when i talk to jonny about my account was hacked and i recover it then jonny started reject it and i also showed official email from rockstar games about me recovering my account but then jonny said we dont care about other companies email but rockstar games is the main thing for gta 5 and also to play the grand project its a kind of harassment. And when my account got hacked i was really on a trip and all my emails and everything was on pc and if you want proofs of me being on a trip i can show that also.

i will appreciate if you look into this

Ban will change when I resolve all investigations. How and when I change ban is internal for Admin. You wont return from GR1.6 Trading Account. Even if you would have been hacked and the Account then was sold, GR1.2 applies. Automated Email answer by Rockstar Support changes nothing about this.
