Im David Cee ex leader of Marabunta, I want to state here about very important problem regarding senior crime Bawan and Families
I will share you backstory what conversation happened between me and families Deputy Mystic and Leader Logan. I have POV of full conversation of them claiming that other gangs Vagos, Ballas and Bloods are their good friends and they helping families to do 100% turf and win mikachu by giving free turfs. Logan and mystic offered me in VC that they would help me to achive 100% and win mikachu by free afk and selling territories of his friends gangs which is totally illegal way to do 100%. Im gonna Provide my POV below with translation regarding the conversation happened between us

2:33 – I replied that 100% turf is our only target at the moment. Mystic said Families would only need about 10 turf days to reach 100% and asked me for help in achieving it by giving AFK turfs (not participating in defense). He also mentioned that Vagos and Ballas are their friends, so cooperation would be easier. 2:40 – Mystic promised that if I help Families now, Families will support Marabunta later in getting their territories.
3:03 – 3:30 – I said, “This plan doesn’t sound good.” Mystic replied that mutual agreements like this happen often, even in EN1. He explained that if one gang helps another reach 100%, territories can be gifted or sold based on mutual understanding.
4:10 – Mystic added that after reset the turf if Families do 100%, he could sell 4 territories to me.
5:40 – Mystic dont suggest me to play ego turf and indirectly threats me Once he start targeting someone he dont stop until finishing.
7:03 – 7:38 – I said I would discuss with my turf deputy, but Mystic emphasized that the leader’s decision is final and deputies cannot override it. He said he could talk with My deputies to arrange mutual support for Families.
8:47 – 9:02 – Mystic explained how it would work for Marabunta: during Marabunta’ turf days, Marabunta would buy 3 territories and 4 would be AFK turfs, which will total 7 territories marabunta will get each turf day.
9:04 – 10:00 – Mystic reassured me that Ballas would not be a problem, as they are friends and already supporting Families. He added that by helping Families, Marabunta would receive AFK support for territories from Ballas and Vagos, potentially gaining 7 territories each day.
13:00 – 13:20 – Mystic emphasized that all turfs would be AFK. Once Families reach 100%, they would ask Bloods, Ballas, and Vagos to play AFK and support Marabunta in achieving 100% as well
since it was wrong way to do 100% i didnt accept their proposal. After that every turf match they did many capture rulebreaks and took away turf from us thats why we reported which makes sense. But they made POV request on us even though winning specific turf match for silly rulebreaks and it was spammed by families deptuty when we had 3/5 warns and he knew aswell my ORG will get disband for this thing i was ex admin before and crime curator in markus time he announced rule where its clearly written that spamming POV request turf is won its oviously for making the ORG disband and its forbidden. But Families reported lot of POV on us even though they were winning.
after that i contact with my curators about issue with proofs and they informed Bawan about that thing but sadly Bawan didnt take any action or investigate about that matter which he should have done as senior of crime.
During my term 1.5 months my gang completed all weekly event requirements we were playing fair turf. Also we were involved our selves in unscripted situations which is not part of the requirement my curators and senior crime curator witnessed about this also whole city knows our gang being most active. But sadly i lost my term just for minor rulebreaks in capture and i accept it aswell as valid reason but the main problem is families taking help from other gangs to do 100% turf by getting gifted turf which is quite unfair and thats the reason i report it to you which senior curator crime should have invastigate.
