2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. LSPD Itself
I want to lead the LSPD because it holds a special place in my heart. It was the first organization that I got recruited to when I flew into the city way back in 2021. I have served many terms under people such as Lucas Soul, and Ali Anonymous and I have a deep connection to the LSPD.
B. My Personal History
I have history in pretty much every single organization, from being chief of staff in LSPD to supervisor in SAHP of many divisions. However, most of my time has been spent in the LSPD. Which has over time helped me build strong connections with multiple different people. While I am not as well known as other candidates. I will strive to be the best I can be as a leader.
C. Upholding the Law
With my extensive time within the city, I am extremely familiar with laws of the state. I recently passed the law exam and was a lawyer for a while before returning back to LSPD. I believe that it is our duty as LSPD to uphold the law even if its a small infraction. I would do my best to make sure all officers uphold the law to the best of their abilities.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
A. Training Is Key
I believe that all officers within the LSPD deserve proper training on different scenarios. I notice that a lot of our units are unaware of what to do. Because of this, I think that HRT can assist and form these training sessions that will allow units to understand different aspects of what it means to be LSPD. For example, they could lead an interdepartmental training such as a hostage situation training, a ATM robbery, or even prepping for scenarios at subs.
B. Leadership in LSPD
I believe and will stick by my belief that a strong chain of command is what truly makes an organization work. During Lucas Soul’s term all the pieces of the puzzle fit together perfectly and formed one of the BEST terms this city has ever seen. I will make it my personal duty that all high command stay professional at all times, and that they are well trained in what they do.
