Life Story :
It was one day lovely in a small turkish town when Atacan Frost was born. From a very young age, he was fascinated by people who served their community and protected others.. when atacan moved to another town at the age of 8, he saw more and more police officers on the street. from then on it was clear that he wanted to be like these men.As the years went by, Atacan dedicated himself fully to his education. While others spent their time playing or relaxing, he focused on improving himself and learning everything that could bring him closer to his dream. after years of hard work he made it and moved to another city where he could realise his dream. but it got even better he was offered a job at the Government which Atacan of course had to accept immediately. there were no better career opportunities for half an eternity now Atacan Frost is now a proud USSS Agent.
Career Story :
When atacan came to Government he had to start at the bottom. Coming all the way from Turkey, he was seen as an outsider and wasn’t taken seriously at first. he started cleaning the windows in the government build and patrolling to and holding gates. Atacan used every challenge as motivation. He worked harder than anyone else, never complained, and even took extra night shifts when everyone else was asleep. His dedication slowly started to get noticed. The officers who once ignored him began to respect his discipline and determination. he did it he became "USSS Superintendent" at the Government. Atacan stands as a symbol of perseverance, loyalty, and ambition.
1-Atacan can break IC law including: COP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention etc., and use her position in GOV
2-Atacan can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show her ID to any suspect
3-Atacan can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save her friends, family members and herself. (no targeting or PG)
4-Atacan can take bribes and take prisoners out to garden (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
5-Atacan can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
