Why I Want to Be the Leader of Ballas
a) I take roleplay very seriously and want to implement proper, high-quality RP standards within the organization. I’ve noticed that many players in other groups often neglect the true spirit of RP — focusing only on combat instead of story-driven scenarios. To raise the RP standard within Ballas, I will ensure that:
- Every recruit understands and follows the city’s RP rules before being officially accepted.
- I lead by example — maintaining professionalism, avoiding toxicity, and keeping all actions strictly in-character.
- Anyone breaking rules or showing poor behavior will face strict consequences, as discipline is essential for growth.
- The focus will always remain on immersive and creative RP, avoiding low-effort or OOC-driven interactions.
- Members will be trained to adapt to different RP situations naturally and respectfully, improving their skills continuously.
