Greetings, so to explain my side of the story according to the proof posted with this.
I just pulled up at my parking space with my car, and got out.
There were a couple individuals lurking around near me, I was suspicious but ignored.
One of them was hitting another car with his bat and I was watching him closely, he decided to come over to my car and said "Nice car bro".
He then preceded to jump on the car and hit it with his bat.
He then jumped off the car and came up to me, and hit me with his bat and one shot me in the parking area (GZ). So that's x1 RDM.
I tried to contact an administrator for this RDM, no one responded or came to help me.
The player then decided to revive me and then continued to hit my car with his bat, I attempted to scare him off by pulling my gun out.
He then responded with pulling out his assault rifle, I put mine away. He then continued to hit my car for no reason, and then came back towards me to potentially kill me again.
I was tired of being harassed and killed by this guy, so I pull my gun out and did some warning shots.
The guy then decided to start hitting me with his bat so I shot back in DEFENSE. At this point, I decided not to contact an admin considering, when I tried the past two times I had no response and no one came to me.
The guy then continued to chase me, and I noticed a black SUV watching and trying to protect me by the looks of it.
I shot back at the guy to try and defend, but you will notice in the video that I was hesitant and really trying not to.
I then eventually get killed by the guy for the second time, making it x2 RDM in GZ.
So overall, this other guy has started DM in GZ and done x2 RDM in GZ.
However, the hilarious part comes in where I spawn in hospital and start talking to my family members about what's happened.
All my family members agree that what just happened was stupid.
Then I suddenly get thrown in Demorgan for 3 hours for DM in GZ, and the guy who killed me twice and started DM also got thrown in Demorgan for 3 hours.
How does the guy who broke 3 rules get the same punishment as me.
And how do I get thrown a punishment for defending my self because the admins at the time were incompetent or unavailable to help me when I requested it.
I Decided to try talking to the admins through the in-game system and on discord, and I just got thrown the excuses of "You shoot, that breaks the rules".
I also got thrown with "You should have just let the guy kill you, and contacted admin."
I found this comment actually disgusting, and replied with "So you want me to break Fear RP and let the guy kill me, so I can contact an admin that may not come?"
To which he said "Make a complaint against administration, bye."
Overall, I'd like to request you review this story and understand that all I did in this scenario was trying to defend my self.
Contacting an admin to get the player 15021 punished, and to move on.
I did make a report against the player, to which I had a reply of they had already been punished.

Can you please understand that the other player did 3x the amount of rule breaking as me, and should have a much harsher punishment and 3 warns.
And please either reduce or remove my warn/demorgan for the fact that I did everything I could to try and avoid the situation?
The complaint here is mainly against Aprill Rune for issuing the punishments and not being fair.
But there is a 2nd admin in this who made the disgusting comments in discord.
