2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) First reason I want to lead LSPD is because I believe I can create a structured and disciplined team of officers. I will introduce proper and better training schemes for our new officers and make them feel as welcome as possible, i will try to bring in more exciting events to make everyone want to stay around for what will be an amazing term. And within my experience i have noticed that after the first week or so of the term starting activity levels seem to drop within the High Commands, i will being with me a great, determined and active team of High Commands to make sure my term runs as smooth as it can be.
2.2) Second reason I would like to lead LSPD is because in my whole time playing as a LEO, be that in SAHP/FIB or LSPD, I have always said that we should have better org relations, and my goal is to try and make that happen to maintain a strong, healthy, and positive community with all orgs by involving them in our regular training and trying to make org communication as best as it can be.
2.3) And the final reason I would like to lead LSPD is because I believe that with the experience I have gained as a LEO in all orgs, I will be able to show all officers of LSPD the correct way of doing things, with great communication down to tactical decisions and knowing when to make them. I feel i have gained the correct knowledge from all my times as COS and HOD of literally all departments within each org, and i can transfer this knowledge to everyone.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) I would like to introduce more group training sessions from HRT to the trainees, but remove all training videos from the picture so that we have more actual interactions with the HRT team and trainees, i think that with more face to face training, RP would be enhanced a substantial amount, everyone will feel involved
3.2) We could also add some joint events and missions within the departments, like TE and SWAT teaming up for a mission that meets the standards and requirements of both departments, this will also enhance RP in its own way, it will also increase departmental activity by a decent amount as everyone will want and love to do regular missions instead of "just meeting the requirements".
3.3) As already mentioned above i think that activity levels just within High Commands are a huge issues that some organisations face during a term, especially after the first week. My goal is to bring with me an amazing high command team that will fully focus on making the term great, and along with that it will increase RP level substantially if we have always got High Commands available.
