2. What is your motivation for becoming a leader of the given organization?

2.1) I have been part of this server for a long time and have gathered experience across nearly all legal and illegal organizations. I have a strong understanding of legal organizational rules and have previously served in various departments such as LSPD, FIB, and SAHP. Over time, I have developed leadership skills, managed teams, and handled multiple responsibilities in these roles. I decided to pursue leadership because I genuinely enjoy the organizational aspect of law enforcement roleplal from handling operations like store heists and hostage situations to ensuring order within the force.


2.2) I chose SAHP because I find its structure and area of responsibility particularly engaging. The focus on territorial and road security offers diverse challenges, and the wide coverage area allows for dynamic and realistic law enforcement scenarios.


2.3) For departments such as HR, IA, HWP, and SPEC OPS, I will ensure the selection of competent and active Chiefs of Staff who can manage their teams effectively. My goal is to make sure that every agent receives their assignment and access to necessary resources within minutes of joining. Each agent will be integrated into a department and encouraged to participate actively in all organizational events. SPEC OPS will consist of motivated and skilled members, but all units will have equal opportunities to grow and contribute.

3. Your suggestions on how the RolePlay level in the organization can be raised, if at all.

Under my leadership, I will prioritize the improvement of RP quality by enforcing proper usage of roleplay commands and maintaining high standards of in-character interactions. I will organize regular training sessions to ensure all members understand and follow correct RP procedures. I’ll also implement consistent supervision and internal reviews to avoid misuse of OOC information only information obtained in-character will be used within the organization’s systems. Through discipline, communication, and teamwork, I aim to make SAHP a model for high-quality roleplay on the server.
