Leader of LSPD.
The reason i want to be the leader of LSPD is because I've been in the organization for such a long time way back to when Marty Miles was Chief of LSPD I worked my way up thru sweat and hard work to be where I am today as Deputy Chief I was major of the FTO division for a long time so I know what the new recruits need to know and learn. I'm a very well known person the in city and also well respected by other orgs because I act responsible for my actions and I take mature actions instead of childish ones. I know how to communicate and organize with other orgs. I've been trying to become the chief of LSPD for a while know because I know ill be able to run it smoothly with activity and no arguments between orgs, and if there is an argument it will be handled responsibly. I know I am capable of running this org because I've practically been doing it already while Gabi is away.
Improving Roleplay
With the new additions to the LSPD with the speed cameras and searching for wanted criminals we can finally meet the requirements to have an actual task force team ready to roll out and do what they are meant to do! With the new additions LSPD has more to work for we can finally go out and do more than just sit around and try and pull people over that won't listen! Ill have a dedicated team for Undercover busts and Special Missions to make the RP experience for interactive for everyone. I'm going to make more divisions as well as keep some divisions that way there is a spot for everyone in the LSPD organization. For example I will keep the Towing Division for those who like it a bit more laid back , We will keep S.W.A.T and Task Force. IA for those who like to take lead and do paperwork! FTO's for those who training new recruits! It will be a good experience for all that join LSPD!!!
