Additional Information

1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

A. Establishing Structure, Discipline, and Morale
I have built most of my experience in that city and it has varied from my time in SAHP and LSPD for several terms. I am aware that I will have a police force that is run professionally and one which is very cooperative and integrity driven. I can personally state that my vision for this position is to have a sharp, active force where each member, down to the High Command level, knows that they are a reasoned and contributing member of a loved and cherished family. At most organizations, I have seen passion fade after a first week of term for some fields, and I do not wish to be the same. I will make sure my High Command members are responsive and active.

B. Legal Organization Experience and How You Can Contribute to Growth

I have joined a number of agencies such as LSPD and SAHP to know about their day-to-day life and their dreams. I have been working in all the departments of various ORGS such as DOJ and GOV so that I have full knowledge of their operations and coordination and communications among various departments. I will utilize this experience to coordinate various organizations and have a smooth coordination among various agencies such as FIB, SAHP, EMS, and LI. As a leader, I will ensure that my leadership goes beyond even when I am not in my office. The policies and systems that will be put in place during my leadership are the ones that the future leaders will inherit.

C. Upholding Law, Justice, and Dignity
Rank has nothing to do with leadership and everything to do with responsibility. As an LSPD Leader, I will ensure that a degree of professionalism and justice is upheld and partiality is not an issue. The officers I will be promoting are qualifying and not automatic and thanksgiving will not be required. I would like officers to feel as though their work has meaning and is for a reason. My aspiration is to be leading a department where the public respects us not as enforcers but as a symbol of law in action and behavior.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

A. Immersive Training

The training must be more intensive and more than a checklist. I will achieve this by scenario trainings initiated by the HRT team and hands-on training instead of video watching. We will train officers in traffic stops, arrest trainings, hostage situations, and pursuit coordination to provide experience to all officers through real-life scenarios.

B. Interdepartmental Cooperation & Event Integrated

In an attempt to encourage RP Immersion in the city, I will make sure I engage in joint activities with EMS, LI, SAHP, and FIB. In situations such as robberies and large-scale events, for example, EMS can help in medical attention and LI can report. In this manner, it not only contributes to Immersion in RP but also solidifies the network among organizations and civilians. C. Professionalism and Constant Activity

C. Professionalism and Consistent Activity
C. In order to provide our players with our best RP experience, it is essential we promote and motivate our LSPD officers and make every officer feel his or her hard work and dedication are embraced and valued. I will introduce a reward and recognition program that not only recognizes and rewards officers but is also built to motivate and inspire development. Alongside the weekly promotion ceremony where formal recognition ceremonies are performed on qualifying officers as a means of rewarding officers for their work and dedication to RP. We can have Officer of the Week, Division of the week and Community Award that will recognize officers for their exemplary actions which are outside their line of duty in aspects such as flawless communications in critical situations, creative RP in investigations, and polite and knowledgeable conduct in terms of dealing with civilians.
