Okay Hi. first guy (64287) driving on the wrong lane in the city (NonRP) and the other guy (35941) hit my cruiser while healing a patient. (wrong lane again!)

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

• Traffic Code is an In-Character Issue, we cannot issue punishments for things that can be solved in-game (LSPD can handle out tickets for this).
• Unrealistic behaviour and driving would be something like doing stunts in it or crashing everything in your way.
