Hello,
I just want to explain my situation clearly. I had a full PC check yestarday night on the Serbian server i only got ban for LodScale Settings.xml, and everything came out completely clean — no cheats, no suspicious programs, nothing. However, on En2, I was banned after they only check pc Files (point of nothing).


It feels very unfair, because even after a proper PC check showing I was clean, they decided to ban me anyway. I hope you can review this decision again.
