1. Why do you want to become an admin?: I have been playing ever sense Jun 11, 2021 so I have become familiar with the city learning a lot of its ins and outs. I have experience in every org besides FIB. I have also been in Vagos and Maribunta. Throughout my life I have grown up administrating on other games such as Garry's Mod, Five M, and SCP Secret Laboratory. I feel like I have a set of skills and ability's that differs me from other applicants and will help guide and lead me as a administrator here at Grand RP. I want everyone on the server to have fun with the rp and I think I can do my part to ensure that from a staff perspective. I wanna be the one staff you can count on to always deliver, because I think we need more like that. I just wanna help this amazing community flourish because this is one of my favorite communities. The ticket times can be slow at moment and I would like to help with that. My activity and intent to smash out tickets will contribute towards tickets being taken faster. I wanna join the staff team so I can just overall make this community bigger and better by doing my part as a small cog in a large machine. I would like to help get everyone to know the rules and make the server a safer place. I want to work with players and help the community in every way such as talking with players and seeing what they need and want changed on this server. I have a lot of free time and would like to dedicate it to the Grand RP's staff team. I want to join the staff team to give back to the community, expanding my experience with staff teams, and being a helpful, productive member of the Grand RP staff team. A few reasons I want to be a staff member is that I want to help the community grow and become the best it possibly can be. I also want to show community members that all Grand RP staff are responsible members that are there to help them enjoy their time on each server. I think staff carries an important role in bearing responsibility over keeping the community safe and keeping players on the server engaged. Staff members are the backend of Grand RP that keep this project up and running so the community may spend there free time on the best GTA server imaginable. Without the staff team we wouldn't have a core foundation for this project and that's why I would like to step in and serve my part in the staff team.
2. What are your strengths?: Communication, Communication is my foundation of effective teamwork. Time management. Problem solving. Listening, you need to listen to people and understand there issues and points of interest that you can use to help the situation. Critical thinking, you need to be able to think quickly and manage your thoughts in a timely manor so you can solve the situation quickly and not have it end up as a bad situation. Collaboration, You need to work with your staff team your a team and not a individual person trying to conquer your task. Ask question and help out your fellow members. My last one is Leadership, I enjoy being more of a leader than a fallower. You wont get much of anywhere being a fallower you need to learn how to fend for yourself and do things yourself. I love leading people and guiding them so they can figure out how to do things on there own or solving a problem they may have.

What are your greatest weaknesses?: Providing too much detail in reports, I always take notes on every situation I deal with and sometimes I get excited when writing them down and I will provide to much information thus taking away from my staffing time. I tend to shift from one ticket to another trying to multitask and I have learned that as a human this is not possible I need to focus on one problem at a time. Taking credit for group projects, if I do something with a team I often will take credit for it and not acknowledge my team and that's a massive issue on my behalf. I need to acknowledge my team and give them credit for what they do because we are a team and not an individual. Taking on too much responsibility, I love helping out and taking tickets and I will tend to take too many at once when I staffed for other games and this lead to me being over loaded or over worked and I plan to solve this issue If I get to staff for Grand RP. Being too detail oriented, when I do anything I love details. Talking to people I will spill a lot of information or dealing with a situation I always focus on details and I have noticed that I shouldn't always be doing this. Therefore I plan to just sort out the problem and move on.
