Leader of Marabunta
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
(i) I’ve been part of the criminal world for a long time, and now it’s time to step up and lead.
During the last few terms, I have served in various gangs and gone up through the ranks all the way to the high command. That experience taught me how gangs work, how to handle negotiations and how to remain organised during operations. I have observed what can make an organization strong and what destroys it. Today, I believe I am prepared to take the second step and to organize Marabunta Grande in the same discipline, loyalty, and formations as I have been taught in the streets.
(ii) I want to bring back the true identity of Marabunta a disciplined, feared, and respected gang.
Marabunta is not a gang; it is a family based on loyalty and street power. I aim to ensure that everybody within the organization is made aware of the fact that it is only by creating a team that works collectively, respects one another, and takes the ghetto by the book through intelligent planning and not by chance riots. I will ensure that all of us observe the rules of RP, speak in an intelligible and acceptable manner and represent Marabunta favorably and professionally IC and OOC.
(iii) I want to give players a proper and enjoyable gang experience.
A lot of gangs become inactive due to the feeling of being ignored or disorganized by the members. I will correct that through organised leadership, equitable rewards and continuous communication. I will have weekly training, internal events and will also reward members with a bonus system based on participation, loyalty and contribution. I want to turn Marabunta into one of the busiest and the most esteemed crime organizations in the city and a place that both the new and the old players would want to be part of and feel good to be part of.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Quality Recruitment: All new recruitments will undergo a brief RP based interview to make them aware of the rules and communication prior to joining. Non Toxic Environment: No shootout/OOC antics: discipline and respect will be required. Regular Training: Training of all members on combat, negotiation and various events leadership on a weekly basis. Real RP Commands: RP will be promoted by the members, who will be expected to employ /me and /do to immerse themselves in robberies and sprays and other occurrences. Fair Bonus System Introduce transparent reward programs to maintain the activity and motivation of the members. Cross Gang Relations: Establish intelligent coalitions and balance them out in order to prevent unwarranted wars or unhealthy rivalry.
