1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ? I enjoy utilizing my skills in logistics, communication, and problem-solving to streamline processes, manage schedules, and coordinate complex projects.
2. What positions have you held in the city? I haven't held a formal, titled position in the city. However, I have acted as a community liaison for my neighborhood. I successfully organized a local volunteer group to clean up the park, which required coordinating with dozens of residents and communicating our needs to the local city office. My position is one of an active, engaged citizen—I lead by doing, not by title.
