2.Why do I want to be a leader of the LSPD organization?
1. I want to maintain law and order I always wanted to make the city a safer place and very clean city for everyone. As a leader I can guide my team to control crime more most of the times , handle situations with discipline and maintain law and make sure that no rp rules will be broken and are going to be properly followed.
2. I want to build a great team which will be a stronger team and active team I also enjoy to teamwork and helping others to improve. Being a leader gives me the chance to train and motivate officers, build great communication, and keep everyone active and professional in every operation and i promise that no rules would be broken
3. I want to Represent my Department the best and great Department we should have some respect and the players will also be given respect if anything goes wrong i will fix it asap to not get any troubles I want to set a good example for others by being fair, responsible, and confident. My goal is to make the LSPD stand out as one of the most respected organizations in the city through teamwork and dedication and peacefulness.
My reason for wanting to be the LSPD Leader : I want to be the LSPD leader because I believe I can bring strong leadership, discipline, and teamwork to the organization. I've been part of Government and SAHP. I have some past experience in SAHP rank 20 and now i really want join LSPD to protect the city. I have protected my highways now its time to protect the city for peace and no rules to be broken discipline will the most and best city i will make. I also understand how important it is to keep things organized and realistic. My goal is to improve the RP quality, train officers properly, and make sure everyone enjoys their role while maintaining professionalism. I want to make the department more active, respected, and known for its fairness and dedication no favoritism and i will make sure that every one of a trainee of this department is active enough that they can clean the LSPD cars........

SWAT{Special Weapons And Tactics}:-
SWAT is a special operations team that handles dangerous and very high risk situations which normal Leos can't manage. Their job is to fight against armed criminals, gangs, and terrorists, using special weapons and tactics. They are only called in serious cases like hostages or heavy shootouts situations.
UC{UnderCover}:-
Undercover officers work secretly without revealing their police identity. Their job is to gather information, investigate gangs, and help in major operations while acting like a normal civilian. UC officers play a big role in investigations to proof them guilty or not guilty.
HRT {Human Resources and Training}:-
The Human Resources and Training team is responsible for recruiting and training new officers. They teach rules, RP rules, and which to choose department and arresting procedure. HRT also takes interviews, conducts training sessions, and ensures every officer is well-prepared for duty.
IA {Internal Affairs}:-
Internal Affairs is the team that keeps an eye inside the organization. Their duty is to investigate officers who break rules or misuse their power. IA maintains discipline, honesty, and professionalism within the LSPD.
TD {Traffic Division}:-
Traffic Division is responsible for maintaining traffic control and road safety around the city. Their job is to patrol sometimes but it's sahp work to maintain peace and no speeding in highways our job is to maintain the city in peace and no speeding, stop reckless drivers, handle accidents, and issue fines for traffic violations or parking in the red curbs which comes in the article7 or they park in the middle of the road they tow the vehicle. They make sure everyone follows the traffic laws properly.
