2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation):
Having worked for LifeInvader for multiple terms, I have performed duties across a variety of the departments such as Ads, News and more recently, the Events Department. From starting out as Ads Intern to now being a Head Director, I feel confident in my ability to lead the organisation and flourish creativity across Los Santos.
As a current Head Director and former Director of Events, I am actively promoting engagement with citizens throughout the city on a day-by-day basis and trying to build a positive rapport between the organisation and civilians. I would very much like to further encourage a positive relationship and continue creating, promoting and using the skills we have across each department to respond effectively to the communities needs and making our citizens feel their voices and needs are both understood and met in a timely manner.
My understanding is that employees can often feel that they lack the support and the training they need when handing high stress situations such as high volumes of ads, complaints and even recruitment. As leader, I will do my best to actively promote training across departments and ensure all training is completed as part of promotion to a High Command position. I would also like to reintroduce a promotion ceremony into the organisation as I feel it encourages a sense of achievement and welcomes gratitude and opportunity for collaboration.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organisation:
As a leader I would love to advise the use of collaboration across not just the departments of LifeInvader but also the other organisations across the city.
For example – I personally would love to work with other leaders across Los Santos and arrange for our News Team to be invited to situations such as coverage for court cases, ghetto raids etc.
I would also like to implement an additional channel where PR departments across the organisations in Los Santos can communicate or share a calendar/schedule to ensure that no 2 events take place at the same time or clash with the other.
A final proposal would be the frequency in which we host our talent show. From previous feedback given amongst citizens in Los Santos, I feel hosting this once a week (on Friday/Saturday) as opposed to once a fortnight would again encourage more participation and build a better sense of community across the city. If not at all possible, I’d propose we host a Game Show in its place that alternates weekly with the Talent Show.
