2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
● I have been in Lifeinvader for around a year and a half, and during this time I gained experience in all high command ranks from supervisor to head executive. On this journey, I gained a lot of experience by managing everything in the organization from training many employees to handling a lot of tickets, conducting interviews and tests.
● I have strong problem-solving skills from my previous experience in the IA and HR departments.
● i have been in more than 10 different “terms” and I have learnt everything about the organization, also i want to add some new tasks for our colleagues to improve the quality of the ADs, News and Events.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
● I will try to hold a high-command meeting at the headquarters every week.
● Hosting events that involve more roleplay.
● I will revive the creative department by hiring a director of the creative department, and we will start promoting professional videos, posters and articles.
Goals:
A) Host more than 40 events in one term.
B) I will do my best to achieve the perfect term in all of LifeInvader's history as I have a lot of experience and a good team to help me with it.
C) Implementing "Employee Of The Week" role and it will be given to the most active and helpful employee in the previous week.
D) I will make sure to re-interview everyone in the organization, as you cannot join LifeInvader if you are not fluent in English.
