1. Leader of SANG (San Andreas National Guard)
	2. What is your motivation for becoming a leader of the given organization?
2.1)
I have been part of this server for a long time and have gathered extensive experience across nearly all legal and illegal organizations. Over time, I have developed a strong understanding of organizational structure, leadership, and chain of command. I have previously served in several law enforcement departments, including LSPD, FIB, and SAHP, where I gained valuable experience managing teams, coordinating operations, and maintaining discipline.
My motivation to become a leader in SANG comes from my genuine interest in military-style organization, strategy, and large-scale coordination. I enjoy leading structured operations such as base defense, city lockdowns, and high-risk responses that require planning, precision, and teamwork. I believe my experience and leadership skills can help SANG reach new levels of professionalism and efficiency.
2.2) I chose SANG because I am particularly drawn to its military discipline, structure, and responsibility for national security. SANG plays a vital role in maintaining order during large-scale threats and providing support to law enforcement agencies when needed. Its focus on tactical operations, logistics, and national defense offers a dynamic and challenging environment that perfectly matches my interests and leadership style.
2.3)
For divisions such as Training, Logistics, Military Police, Intelligence, and Special Operations, I will ensure that competent, dedicated, and active officers are appointed to leadership roles. My goal is to create a structured environment where every soldier receives proper training, resources, and guidance immediately upon joining.
I plan to maintain a clear hierarchy while encouraging cooperation across all divisions. The Special Operations Unit will consist of highly skilled and disciplined members capable of executing critical missions, while other divisions will have equal opportunities for recognition, development, and leadership. Every soldier’s contribution will matter.

3. Your suggestions on how the RolePlay level in the organization can be raised, if at all.
As a leader, I will focus on improving the overall RP quality within SANG by emphasizing discipline, proper military communication, and authentic in-character interactions. Regular training drills, formation practices, and tactical exercises will be conducted to strengthen unit coordination and realism
4. Departments
Air Force Command (AFC)
The eyes of SANG. Scouts the city and base from the air, gathering intelligence on criminal movements and providing rapid aerial support during operations. “Silent in the skies, deadly in response.”
Black Operations Division (B.O.D.)
SANG’s elite strike team. Handles Fort Zancudo raids, hostage rescues, and high-risk operations with precision and stealth. Only the most skilled operatives serve here.
Human Resources & Training (HRT)
The backbone of SANG. Responsible for recruitment, training, and onboarding. Ensures every soldier is disciplined, skilled, and ready for any mission.
Internal Affairs (IA)
Maintains base security, patrols gates, and enforces internal discipline. Conducts checks, audits, and rapid responses to preserve order and integrity.
Public Relations (PR)
Builds community trust through public events and boosts internal morale with recognition and team-building activities. “A respected army starts with a respected image.”
With honor and respect,
~Iker Grandof~
