Hello Bobby/Floki/Adham,
I hope you are doing well. I wanted to explain what really happened during my interview and clear up the misunderstanding. I know it might have looked like I was cheating, but I promise that wasn't the case at all.
When I was giving my interview, I took a bit of extra time to answer because I wanted to make sure I was saying everything properly. Then, when they asked me to draw, my colouring got disrupted for some seconds up in between and I think that’s where it might have looked suspicious. But honestly, it was just a small disruption, nothing more. It was my first ever interview, and I was honestly very nervous and stressed. That made it hard for me to speak clearly, and my hands were shaking, which affected my performance.
Also, I haven’t applied for any leader position or had a PC check yet, so I was not prepared and I was nervous, stressed. I really wasn’t trying to do anything wrong. I have been looking forward to being part of the community and didn’t want to mess that up.
I totally respect the team and the process, and I’d really appreciate another chance to clear things up or even redo the interview with my both hands working.
Thanks a lot for reading this and understanding my side!
