2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1

I want to apply for the Lspd leader because it will be my first term, and I have experience in great terms under many leadership in all legal organization. I know how to run a good term as I have experience in all legal organizations since 2023. LSPD was my second organization, and I had a great experience in this organization. I know the flaws of a failing term which makes me a perfect candidate for leader. So I know I can avoid those things.

If I get the leadership, I will mostly focus on hiring the best officers and high commands. Trainees will get their best training from the best hr members. Officers will be well organized according to their deserving ranks. Everyone will get their chances to express their talents. According to their talents, they can join departments. Like those who can easy co-op up with any citizen he can work in PR Department. Those who can shoot well can join SWAT and IB. Those who can train and manage officers can join human resources. Those who have are best at handling Internal rules can join internal affairs. Those who can tow vehicles and execute fines can join Traffic Enforcement.

I aim to ensure that there will be no mistakes in my term. City will be more safe to roam. Gang activities will be reduced under my leadership. I have a good number of experienced HR and IA teams ready to take the maximum number of officer in my organization and giving them the best training possible under my supervision. Also i have a great pr team ready to make the maximum number of PR events which will be quite unique to participate.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1
Training will be given by SWAT HC to every officer to improve shooting skills.
3.2 No toxicity will be allowed in my organization (even by fun)
3.3 To have a good relationship with other organizations, we will collaborate with NG, EMS, LI, SAHP, and FIB.
3.4 Internal Affairs will monitor every member of the organization regularly to monitor corruption and inactivity.
3.5 High bonuses and good promotions will be ensured according to their act.
3.6 I will make sure that the Chain of Command will be followed.
3.7 Will have maximum tows by the Traffic Enforcement department.
