Additional information
1. Leader of EMS

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):

2.1
To help and serve the people of the city:
I have always enjoyed helping others in need. As an EMS member, I feel proud when I save lives and make the city safer. Becoming the leader will give me a chance to guide more people in doing the same. I want to make sure every citizen gets quick and professional medical help whenever they need it.

2.2
To improve the EMS team and its discipline:
I have noticed that sometimes new recruits don’t understand all the rules or how to act in emergency situations. As a leader, I want to train and guide them properly so that EMS can become more active, skilled, and respected by everyone in the city. A strong and organized team always earns the trust of the citizens.

2.3 To bring new ideas and make EMS more active:
I want to add more training sessions, medical camps, and events that make EMS fun and useful for all players. My goal is to keep all members motivated, reward the hardworking ones, and make EMS one of the best and most active organizations in the city.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1
To improve the RolePlay level in EMS, I believe we must focus on training, discipline, and teamwork. First, I will make sure that every new member gets proper training before they start duty. They should learn how to talk to patients in an RP way, how to use medical terms, and how to act professional during every situation. This will make the RP look real and enjoyable for both EMS members and citizens.

Second, I will encourage all EMS staff to stay in character during duty. Sometimes people forget RP and start talking OOC in between — I will remind them politely and guide them to stay focused on RolePlay. Regular RP events like emergency drills, mass accident scenes, or hospital roleplays will help everyone improve their skills and enjoy working together.

Lastly, I will make the environment friendly and respectful, where everyone helps each other learn. If we all work as a team and respect the RP rules, EMS will become one of the best and most realistic organizations in the city. My goal is to make people enjoy being in EMS while keeping high RolePlay standards.
Also Ranks are very important and they will not given on the basics of Friendship it will be given according to their activity.
Each Rank will different Role Each Rank have to manages different things In EMS.
