Rejected I got scammed

I made an ad that i wanted to buy a car for 200K, someone responded and he gave me the keys to the car, i gave him the money in cash. Then he said admins/staff would put the car on my name. Now i realised i got scammed. I am new so 200K is a lot of money for me.
