I want to bring structure, loyalty, and discipline to the family. My goal is to lead with fairness and strategy, ensuring that every member knows their purpose and that our organization earns respect through teamwork and consistency.
As a leader, I aim to expand our influence by dominating events, securing territories, and maintaining strong relations with other organizations. I believe in balancing power with diplomacy—fighting smart, not reckless, to make sure our families stays on top.
I want to build more than just a gang—I want to create a real community where members can enjoy roleplay, learn leadership, and grow together. By hosting activities, guiding new players, and keeping everyone involved, I’ll make sure our families stays active and united.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
From what I’ve seen in past terms, leaders and their deputies don’t really interact much with newer members or those lower in rank — and that’s something I really want to change. I’ll be making it a priority to reduce that gap and make sure everyone feels included, no matter their rank.
Events will be a big part of what we focus on. They keep things active and give everyone a chance to get involved. I’ll do my best to create an environment where people feel comfortable, welcomed, and part of a team.
And of course, a solid bonus system can really help motivate people to join in. The more people we have at events, the more fun and roleplay we’ll all get to enjoy.
