Lincoln Hill was born in Georgia, at the age of 18 he joined the army, after his successful army life, he joined the local police special forces, spent 4 years in the forces, then he got promoted to be the head of department. when Lincoln was the head of department of the local police, he got involved in illegal drugs trading business. he easily earned a lot of money, it lasted a few years without anybody noticing he was getting rich, but one day when the political establishment changed in his country, his career was investigated and they made a warrant on Lincoln's head. instead of staying in his country and facing the punishment for what he had done, he decided to escape and disappear.
instead of a successful escape, Lincoln faced a lot of trouble. even if he made to trespass into a neighbour country, his government sent secret service employes to arrest him, but Lincoln found out he was being chased and he had a warrant on his head. when Lincoln was trying to escape the country, he got into a shootout and he killed 3 secret service members which worsened his situation. When Lincoln made to escape into another country when he was being chased by the secret service, he decided to try his luck in the USA, Los Santos. he tried hard to get in there. Lincoln was a highly wanted criminal in his country and he had a warrant on his head. his country, Interpol, everybody wanted to get him dead or alive, but Lincoln still had his money savings from his previous dark life and he exchanged $USD currency into a crypto currency which made him more safe and hidden. after he used his tricky experiences and got all of his money, he bought fake documents and easily moved to the USA, Los Santos travelling with a plane and a boat.
when he arrived in the USA, he met his old friend who helped him to find a starter job. he started working at the construction site.
it was a very cold morning when Lincoln arrived at his job, he saw a poor person fell off and died immediately. Lincoln rushed to the top of the building and saw a worker in tears, he asked him what happened, when the worker answered "it happened by accident, I was trying to fix my cables and he slipped " Lincoln had a lot of experience about hiding evidences and etc. eventually Lincoln helped the person and the worker told Lincoln, his uncle was the chief of police, Lincoln met the chief and explained situation, since the chief realized Lincoln wasn't an ordinary guy and he had a lot of experience, especially dark, he offered a job, now Lincoln works in the police again and instead of changing his mind and trying to be nice, he is even more corrupt and bad person.
Outcomes:
1 - Lincoln Can use ALL the darknet features (in city cellphone darknet) - some features X1 times a day only
2 - Lincoln Can use blackmarket - NOTHING related to the org gear (not LSPD, nor any other org)
