2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
2.1.I have grown good relationships with the recent officers of the National Guard, I've seen their efforts and dedications to functioning of the National Guard and I believe as a General, I can help maximize and achieve their skills to provide a better experience to those in the National Guard. Also maximize their knowledge to help make the National Guard what it should be, especially with the other fellow organizations (For example, FIB, SAHP, LSPD, GOV)
2.2. There are a lot of qualities you have demonstrated and should have, including strong leadership capabilities and experience in other organizations. I have great leadership skills with strategic planning for my term and decision-making, and I am well qualified to lead the National Guard. I have to manage a team of diverse people.
2.3. As head of the National Guard, I get to envision the future of the organization and lead growth. I will foster fresh ideas and approaches to make the National Guard the premier force in the local community and bring in new recruits who have the same vision as myself.
III. Your advises for improving RolePlay level in organization
3.1. The biggest major problem we have in NG is the lack of activity during day. as a NG unit you have nothing to do during your day except guarding gates and fighting against any attacks. and I know that these are the main tasks we need to do. But adding more activities to the units during the day will make it more exciting, and will make people stay on duty or stay mainly in NG.
3.2. As we know the Ng is army so first of all , i will try to have good number in organization after getting good number soldiersi already have good Hc on my mind; thats why i can get many good soldiers for maintaining the org
3.4. i will host open recruitment every day to get soldiers into National Guards
3.5. I will host the combat training session for my soldiers that will help them increase their shooting skill .
3.4. I will make sure that I complete the ghetto patrol target each week with my soldiers; it will increase RP .
