2. Why do you want to be a leader of this
specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 :
When I first came to the city, I tried to do something illegally with the family I joined, but this was an adverse event for me, and then I started looking for legal organizations in the city and found myself among the national guards and started to work there as a private 1 (mia term)
2.2 : As I said, I was about to slowly reach the rank I deserved due to my work in the National Guard, where I started as Private 1. Later, in the 2 terms we spent with Mia, my rank rose to 1st Lieutenant and I became a high command and at the same time I started to work as DHOD in human resources. After the term was over, we started to continue where we left off in Samantha Parker's term, and I continued to receive promotions due to my determined work and efforts, and I was promoted to the rank of Major General, a rank that a soldier could desire. And at the same time, I took over the section command of human resources, where I worked as DHOD, and became HOD OF HR.
2.3 : The National Guard has really become like a family to me. I work in a government job in real life and I have a serious personality both in the organization and in real life. This of course does not mean that I am always a tough person. While working with my friends during my time in the National Guard, we usually go after the missions in our own place. We would sit and chat and evaluate the day and celebrate. I miss these days because I always played the game legally and this sometimes annoyed even my friends who started me in the game, but it was my choice and I still feel the same things, being together with my friends as before and doing our duty in the national guard in the best way possible. I would like to do this and show everyone that this organization is just not a job, it's family for me!
3 : I will implement these for the departments be military police, human resources, air force and special forces, I will definitely put someone of high rank and someone who knows the game at the head of each department. To give an example, when recruiting human resources personnel, the person will learn every rule and every detail and show what to do. The military police will show the personnel what they can and cannot bring to the NG's territory, and will teach them what to do when entering without permission and how to make arrests. The air force will show the rotations and what to pay attention to while conducting a scanning mission in the region for possible attacks. As for the special forces, since these personnel will mostly go to global calls, it will be a unit consisting of people who know what weapons they should use on missions, what they should do and the rules well.
And if I manage to get this glorious organization, the rank system will be as follows;
