2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)



2.1) i am Almost 14 years old in the City right now and from the start of my carrier in the Hydra Singh Term as a Junior since then i loved the legal organization but always been around NG i loved there the team and the place it was like catch for me. I never got a chance to join SANG but in that time i earned allot of knowledge as a High Command and aswell allot of experience i gained throw differend department Like HRT,SWAT,TE,IA. I have worked in SAHP,FIB and gained painty of knowledge about the responsibility of an organization / org Leader that makes me a good leader with great experience.


2.2) One of the biggest issues i have been facing was favoritism including as well in SANG Favoritism is no respect for the lower ranked officers and High Command abusing. sometimes get promoted based on personal connections or fake proofs while we had allot of hard working officers then the ones that din't deserved the rank. Favoritism has allot of issues like Less motivated officers or full ignorance on the low ranked officers/ Soldiers it was like there been looked down on what i want to fix as a Generalso always its stays Fair so ranks going to be given to the most working officers and that the low ranks and high commands always respect each other,that as well going to improve our team work and our respect with in departments



2.3) Under my leadership, professionalism will be non-negotiable. Misconduct will not be tolerated membership in NG is a privilege, not a right. Every agent must prove their value to remain in the organization. Ranks will not be handed out based on past titles or history; they will be earned through effort, contribution, and commitment to the mission.



3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.





3.1) Compared to previous leadership, there is one key difference. Major General and Brigadier General are selected based on professional competence and proven work, not on friendships with high ranking figures. A certain level of trust is still required, but this should already exist through the long tenure at SANG that is mandatory for such a position. “An organization is only as strong as the hand that leads it.” This principle guided the choice of my leadership team.



3.2) Currently, disrespect by citizens towards the SANG is the norm. Even when complaints are filed, they are often ignored or weakly sanctioned. We will not tolerate any disrespect



3.3) I will appoint a good Human Resources team. I believe that to run a term, a good HR team is needed to see that everything internally going good. Human Resources will do daily Background checks of our employees to see that everything is functioning well.



DEPARTMENTS



Human Resources and training

HRT[Human Resources and training] their job is the most important one of the whole organization their job is to train and hire the citizen and them regarding to the rules of the organization. with a interviews they will find new officers



Military Police:

MP will take care of the officer's BGC and licenses and will solve any kind of dispute within as well as with the other organizations on behalf of NG



Black op's

They will be specialised to Global situations like (FZ,Gun store,27/7 stores)



PR:

PR [Public Relations] is a special team which organizes for fun or engaging events for the citizens of Los Santos, Their main goal is to interact with the community in creative ways and build a good image of SANG , and be as well always there for the citizen for fun events
