2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?
2.1 I have been in this city for a pretty long time now, and during that time, I have gained a lot of experience not only in legal organisations but also in illegal ones. My first org since the time i flew into the city was a gang, then i didnt really know many rules and it was really hard for me, after 1 .some time i understood gang's events and what they do but i gained intrest in joining LSPD, when i joined LSPD i was really amazed by how everything worked ( The PDA, events, taking care of store robberies ), after a few days LSPD disbanded and i had to choose a difrent org to go to, i chose to apply for SAHP. I got into SAHP, and I also had fun there; it was like LSPD, but just on the other side of the state, + you can get taken hostage easily. During my whole time in SAHP, I learnt many things about legal orgs AND also many rules. All of that is what set me ready to join FIB, which was my dream org ever since I started playing GrandRP. I joined FIB honestly, in this time I learnt nearly every rule that there is. After her term ended, I decided to go back to gangs. I joined Bloods After a long time of being in Bloods, I decided to join FIB. I applied back to FIB and I didn't regret it. I joined FIB . I was in FIB from that time up to the end of i forgot the name of the leader I was in FIB for around 2 months. All I want to show by that whole story is that I have a LOT of experience when it comes to organisations.
2.2 Another reason why I would like to become the leader of FIB is that I want to introduce some sort of organisation and management into FIB. There is always that one org that is never active because they "don't have enough units". If i will have 30 or even 5 people online, i will gather them all and always help another org or attend an event, for me not having enough people with you has never been an excuse, i belive that a team with 30 people in it can work the same as a team with 5 people in it as long as the team with 5 people will do they're hardest.
2.3 Lastly, I would like for everyone in the org to have fun. In my opinion, picking good high command is the key to it all. Since I used to be in FIB for a long time, I have seen many people in many high command spots, which is why I have already set up a chain of command. I have also noticed that there has been a lot of toxicity between legal orgs lately. If I got the director position, I would try my best so that all the legal orgs can work together as a team and with no toxicity involved.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation
2.3.1 I do not like to see every single store robbery go down in the same way, which is: Set up, negotiate, get the hostage, shoot, arrest. In my opinion, it would be really fun to change the way we handle store robberies. It is currently really boring because everything goes down in 1 way, there is barely any entertainment or fun during these types of store robberies. Of course, not every robbery goes down like that; some don't even take hostages for it.
3.2 Like mentioned previously i have played on this server for quite some time now, i have noticed that FIB Agents often abuse they're power because they can peform many actions like cuffing, dragging, opening PDA out of uniform, ext., i would not like for power abuse to be a thing in FIB, and i would like for EVERYONE ( not only my org members ) to have fun and equal RP. Also, I am planning on making the training in FIB very serious and professional so that I can avoid issues with the newer members of the org.
3.3 Here comes the problem with the activity in the ghetto, for the longest time, FIB and other legal orgs have been ignoring the ghetto. Of course, there were times we did ghetto patrols, but in my opinion, it could've happened more often than it did. I would like to change that and improve the quality of RP that we currently have. Small things like this bring a lot of fun when nothing is going on at that time. I also have in mind other fun scenarios for both sides.
