Sir I was fighting in ghetto and i killed this guy when he was driving his car but as u can see in his pov he ran outside the red zone and slow down his speed to let me kill him to report me sir he was in red zone how suppose that i know he left i am not fighting in ghetto alot , but he is scamming u and me .

Your punishment will be lifted. In cases like this when a player is in ghetto and goes out of it, if the shooting began already you can kill him no problem. Player 411257 will receive a GR6.2 warning for Fleeing from RP Situation (possibly getting robbed in Red Zone)
