2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have good knowledge about both the organisation in the city that is gang and LEO. but today i am applying for SANG because i can handle the leader position and manage all people in the org freely i know how to run a org like ng as i work in different law enforcement org in city like sahp, lspd, fib and ng. Why i am choosing this org from other because there is a key reason inside in my ques SANG provide ammunition to other org and help them to save the city from crime,
2.2 I seen sang is active but not much active and they don't even reply in department when I was in sahp as chief of staff. So, in my term my first goal is to hire more and more numbers in my term to prove everyone sang is not a boring org by giving bonus, attending events, conducting internal events for increasing all soldier skills. 2nd goal is that we have to support all org by responding in departments, quick respond to global/911 call so that all orgs together reduce fully crime in city and highways. 3rd goal is always door is cover with at least 2 or more units every time in our prime time.
2.3 As a leader i will fully ensure that our org is not doing anything that impact warning to us, will complete the requirements easily without pressure, make a good relation with curators and always take their suggestion for the improvement. I have ideas in my mind which i do in my term.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
1. Conducting promotion ceremony once every week for our dedicated soldier in the org.
2. do a meeting with others leader to discuss all the points of improvement area.
3. hosting an event internally in org for soldier growth.
4. No favouritism will not be tolerated and allowed in the organisation by checking all the phase by myself.
5. making a good bonus system in the org that become source of income of soldier.
6. Always quick respond to minor and hard situation to support other organisation in events to reduce the crime.
7. there will be a proper department with their high commands in org for better flow of communication.

at least 5 or more icly age in city.

MP is responsible for conducting soldier routine checkup include (check his health/gun license search the car truck and more etc...)
2. Human Resource
HR is responsible for hiring people in the organisation and provide them training.
3. Public Relation
PR is responsible for hosting a event for the public to create awareness.
4. Air Force
AF is responsible for check all ng base and tell in radio if there is backup required.
5. Night Handler Force
NHF is responsible for handling all the event that held in nights.
