As visible in the pov, these 3 individuals engaged in a hostage situation and then thought it was a smart idea to drown themselves to avoid arrest.
Ye just hate to see it
110604 and 156942 are actually visibly drowning themselves on my pov. 116329 is not captured but he is seen on my heat vision first and a minute later he is gone. It is very safe to assume he drowned himself among with his friends
