Dear Project Management,
I would like to submit a request to have my ban lifted for the servers listed below.
I have been banned from all three servers for the same offences: cheating, double cheating, too many accounts and account sharing.
I was hacked in 2024 and lost access to all my accounts. At the time, I was not playing Grand. I only ever played on server DE03.
I was banned on all servers and still am. I was unbanned on DE03 (ID 3093).
It was only much later that I realised I had been hacked and that other people were playing on my accounts. Since I had only ever played on DE03, I had only taken care of getting unbanned on DE03, without knowing that the other servers were also affected.
I have already submitted an unban request, which was rejected.
I was told on Discord that this type of ban cannot be lifted. I cannot be unbanned on other servers while I am banned on DE01.
I would like to clarify something.
I am aware that I am fully responsible for my account.
However, I have never had more than one account myself.
I have adhered to 99% of all server rules – see my penalty history DE03 – or my forum profile.
I distance myself from cheats or other programmes that give others an advantage.
I have never cheated myself or created multiple accounts.
There is or was talk of filling a leadership position in an organisation, but this does not seem to be possible while my accounts on other servers are permanently banned.
I currently have no plans to actively use the accounts I have listed above. My main server remains DE03.
It is simply a matter of lifting the ban so that I may eventually be allowed to hold a leadership position.
The accounts in question on servers 1, 2 and 4 may be reset – I would have no problem with that.
I am not saying that I am not to blame.
I gave too little notice, did not take care of unbanning the accounts, and did not ensure that the accounts were taken offline.
I hope to receive a positive response and thank you for reading this and for your time.
