2. Why do you want to be a leader of this particular organization? List three reasons with explanations.
1) FIB is the backbone of the city and plays an important role for controlling the crimes in the city. I want to lead the FIB because I enjoy working in a structured and professional environment. I have spent time in law enforcement and understand what it takes to keep a team organized and motivated. My goal is making the FIB a respected and active organization where citizens enjoy serious but fun RP and feel proud to be part of.
2) I have served many State Organizations as High Command for a very long time; hence, I understand its responsibilities, challenges, and work culture very well. This vast experience helps me in identifying and solving problems effectively. I know what it takes to keep the Term running smoothly and efficiently.
3) I believe FIB has the most potential within all the organizations to provide positive roleplay because FIB is involved in most events in comparison to other organizations. FIB is looked at as the backbone of the other legal organizations, and without a strong standing, the legal organizations would fail to truly reach their true potential.
3. Your suggestions for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
For improving the role play level within the organization , I would invest more in realistic training and proper communication. This means they should know their roles clearly, act within the policies of the department, and present professional situations. RP can be made more engaging with regular briefings, scenario-based situations, and joint operations with other state departments. And lastly, I would make sure to give recognition and rewards for continuous effort, creativity, and strong role play to maintain motivation and standards within the organization.
