I am writing to formally appeal the ban issued to my account (ID: 495693, Character Name: kala manu) on 16.10.2025 for disrespecting the server.
I take full responsibility for my actions and sincerely apologize for my behavior. My remarks/actions were inappropriate and not in line with the standards set by the server's rules and the community's values. At the time, I did not fully consider the consequences of my words, and I deeply regret any frustration or discomfort I may have caused to the server or staff.
Since the incident, I have taken the time to review the Grand RP rules and guidelines to ensure I fully understand the importance of maintaining a respectful and enjoyable roleplay environment for everyone.
I genuinely value my time spent on your server and with the community, and I hope to be given a second chance to prove my commitment to following the rules moving forward. I promise that such an incident will never happen again, and I will make a conscious effort to be a positive and respectful member of the community.
I am willing to accept any additional penalties, if you deem it necessary.
