Dear Admins,
About five days ago, I was taken to a PC check and received a 60-day ban due to what was said to be an in-game software error. I truly had no control over this issue, but I still want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
This season, I had just purchased the Battle Pass, but unfortunately, I was banned before I could even enjoy it. I was also looking forward to participating in the Halloween event and earning the 50-hour free car reward, but its time is now almost over.
Even though the issue wasn’t my fault, I still take responsibility and want to express my regret. I kindly ask for your understanding and forgiveness, and I hope my ban can be reviewed so I can continue playing fairly and enjoy the game again.
