Frank Razoo was born in Los Santos and lived there his whole life. He lived with his Mom and Dad all the way up to him joining LSPD. His father was a retired police officer and his mother worked at the hospital as a nurse. Once he put the time in he bought his own place. He really enjoyed LSPD and saving people from criminals and seeing his father at the same time. But deep down he was jealous of all the rich people in life making more then him and his father also set his mindset showing him thw way. He knew this job was more then just about money. He would continue his next career in SAHP for a little bit and got some good insight of how up north life really is. After a couple months at SAHP his father got killed in the line of duty. It really put a toll on his mother and him. His mother quit her job and it was just frank making money now.
Career Story:
Frank was a really good officer, locking up high gang members and catching wanting criminals. He was taking after his dad, and his father was proud. But the gangs around the city didn't like him for interfering with their business. Frank would do multiple drug raids. He got so good at it and finding large quantities of it, he was offered the undercover job in the department. He was nervous to join, and his dad was worried because it puts his identify out there to more people, but Frank was ready to do it. The first couple months went great. Frank makes a lot of connections to the big gangs and the families. He was offered to join one of the biggest families and he accepted it. He came to realize when undercover he noticed a lot of officers taking bribes for money or items, that he only heard rumors of. Frank didn't know what to say so would keep it to himself. One day on the job his father got shot in the line of duty. That would send frank and his mom not knowing what to do and lost. The suspect that shot his father was never caught on the scene and went under investigation. Frank made it his goal to figure it out himself since he knew so many criminals from undercover work. Frank needed money fast to support his mom since she quit her job do to stress. So Frank would start taking bribes like the other cops and hiding the cash to give to his mom. Frank knew he could out smart people and no one would find out what he was doing.
