Hello, I was banned from the Family War event because my POV had no sound. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. My screen recording is complete, but due to an issue with the recording software, the sound was not saved. I didn’t kill any players or use any cheats during the event. You can check my computer if needed. This is my first ban, and I would really appreciate it if you could give me another chance.
