First of all, please view my mistakes with understanding, because I am new and not yet familiar with many of the rules and regulations. I did try to read the rules before filing the report, but I was confused about some matters. That’s why I went to the government office several times to seek a lawyer, but couldn’t find one. So, knowing that there might be some mistakes, I was left with no choice but to file the complaint.My complaint is that this person borrowed about 5 lakh taka from me, promising to return it within two days — and I have proof of that. However, later on, he refused to repay the money.
If I’m not mistaken, there is a rule that says no fraud or cheating can be done against new players. He took advantage of my innocence and deceived me.
