2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. The first reason why I want to become the Sheriff is because the SAHP is my favourite organization and I really enjoy being a part of it. I would want to fix some things. So In the past few terms I have noticed that most of the troopers are not very professional and are joking throughout their shift. Being the Head of IA and Chief of Staff now I have come to an understanding that this is not okay at all and not realistic. I care about order and discipline because that shows how great an organization. I will make sure everyone stays professional and top notch throughout my term. I came to an understanding that being a great leader isn't about having power and abusing it, It is about being an example of how other should behave and perform. In my opinion the SAHP is one of the best organizations in the city because of their jurisdiction and the way they work. Orgs like LSPD and FIB mostly if not all the time patrol in the parameter of the city and SAHP is patrolling the highways which is a super important thing to do to bring safety to everyone.
2. The second reason why I want to become the Sheriff is because I have many ideas on how to improve the organization and how mostly everyone works. I have noticed that many trainees want to learn, improve and get promoted but they don't get any help, guidance or motivation from the HRT department. As a leader I will make sure that this definitely changes because this can only improve our activity and numbers in the organization. Every trooper will exactly know what is expected from them and they will be supported by the higher ups. I will also make changes to how the training works. Instead of HRT sending the trainees a guide video, everyone will experience training hands on and in person because there is no better way to train people in my opinion. Every trooper will feel confident in their abilities and will feel capable of achieving something because they will be trained and highly motivated by the HRT department. That way we can improve our response time and overall number in events. Another thing I want to improve is our teamwork and communication. Many units patrol alone and do not follow commands in important events. I will make sure this changes and units start patrolling together so there is a less likely change if them getting robbed and takes as hostage. I will make sure everyone follows commands in events as that can only improve the organization because it can be the deciding factor between losing and winning in events.
3. Lately there have been countless highway robberies and criminal acts conducted by gangs and crime families. This is very damaging because it loses us resources and civilians hard earned money. I will try to overcome this problem by conducting checkpoints and highway patrols. Our goal is to protect civilians so these will be done daily. We will try to put these criminals in jail as they have been terrorising the highways for a long time now. The highway patrols will be coordinated and everyone will remain professional and always ready to jump into action. I will also try to conduct patrols in unmarked SAHP vehicles to observe suspicius behaviour. We will conduct checkpoints on all kinds of roads so we can investigate all civilians. In checkpoints we will make sure that every civilian is clean, without anything that can be used to harm himself or others. The barricades will be carefully places to avoid any crashes and let vehicles pass through freely when free to go.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Improving roleplay in the SAHP will be one of my main goal as a potential leader. I will communicate with the leaders of the other state orgs and work together instead of against each other. We will conduct training sessions focused on communication, being able to handle pressure and reacting in certain scenarios. Those can be made up hostage situations, negotiations, shoot outs, responding to events fast etc. This not only improves our skill but also improves the relation between the organizations. Troopers will not receive ranks for free in my term. Every promotion will be hard earned with an explanation behind it. I have seen many people get too many promotions in very short period of time. I will have an IA team that will work tirelessly to prevent these kind of things and punish those who are doing it. Promotions should be earned through hard work and dedication. In the past few months there have been less and less night shift troopers, I will try to hire troopers that work at night and even pay bonuses for it. We have many events in the night time, so it is super important for us to have units so we can win them. One very important thing to have is your troopers actually understanding the server rules so we can all have a good experience. Myself and the Head of HRT will create a interview list for new citizens willing to join and ask them questions who are a little bit more complicated so we can make sure no one breaks server rules and we all can enjoy the term. I will improve the PR department, events will be conducted more often and will have a larger prize pool so more people can participate. We want to build trust with the people of San Andreas.
