2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to apply for SAHP because i been part of it for last few terms, during this time, i have learned a lot about the law enforcement, this experience has motivated me to step up and take on a leadership role to further improve the organization.
2.2 If i get the leadership, i will make sure that the HRT ( Human Resource & Training ) team hosts at least 3 open recruitment each day to keep SAHP active. i will make sure the PR ( Public Relation ) team stays active by organizing events and engaging with citizens, so the citizens also gets connected with the legal organization and feels connected to it.
2.3 i will create a proper training and evaluation system where every officer will go through weekly drills, traffic stop like Check Points and other trainings. This will not only improve their skills in handling chases and emergency situation like ( Global or Local ), but also build teamwork and decipline across the departments , and organizations making SAHP more professional.

3.1 Teaching all officers radio codes.
3.2 Making SAHP more interconnected with all other organizations.
3.3 Teaching officers to deal with hostage situations.
