Hello Dear Admin Team,
About 15 days ago, I was banned from the blacklist. Before that, my friend Yavuz contacted me via Discord and said, “I'm going to quit the game, I'll give you the family and items, you can open the family.” Upon this, I entered the EN3 server and received the family and items. However, shortly after, I was banned due to an “investigation.” Later, my ban was updated to GR1.9a, and then I found out I had been blacklisted.
When I checked the blacklist, I saw that my friend had been banned on the EN1 server for cheating. I realized this situation affected me too. From the outside, it might seem like I was helping my friend cheat, but I never participated in or supported any cheating. I didn't know my friend had been banned for cheating. My only goal was to reopen the family.
I truly miss my friends on the EN3 server and the atmosphere there. I kindly request that you reconsider my situation and lift my ban.
