Dear Support Team,

I am writing to appeal the recent ban placed on my account for violation 1.3. I fully understand the importance of maintaining fair play and following all community guidelines. However, I would like to clarify that the action which led to my ban was not intentional — I did that by mistake; I accidentally put the wrong price on the Beach Market, and no one was harmed by this mistake at all. It also happened almost one year ago.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding this may have caused. I value the integrity of the game and the community, and I assure you that such an incident will not happen again. I kindly ask that you review my case once more and consider lifting the ban or reducing the penalty.
