I have been punished under GR 6.16, but I believe this is a misunderstanding. As shown clearly in both my POV and the other party’s POV, our side had two cars and more than four members properly involved in the robbery situation, all within RP rules.
During the robbery, the victim’s friend intentionally interfered — he told us not to rob the guy because he was his friend on the left eye and to prevent the robbery, he took the car away from the location on purpose. The victim didn’t oppose this action, which shows they were coordinating to avoid RP consequences.
But our fellow stole the Cash when both the car were persent later his friend took the car from situation to prevent his friend being robbed but the car was behind the wall. when we realized his friend had taken the car, we immediately brought the car back to the scene to continue the RP properly.
Additionally, in the forum thread made against us, the person who reported the situation did not mention the ID of the friend who interfered at the beginning, even though he was present and involved in the situation. This missing information makes the report incomplete and misleading. I think they did that to report us on forums but you can clearly see that they were just misleading both of us ICly and OOCly.
Based on all this, we believe our actions did not violate GR 6.16, and the punishment may have been given due to an incomplete or unclear perspective of the situation.
I request you to forgive us for the mistake which happened due their actions.
