I am writing to appeal the 14-day suspension on my account (ID 162828) regarding the complaint filed in thread /threads/1170592/.

I want to provide the full context of the situation for a fair review. As the chat logs confirm, I was repeatedly provoked by the other player prior to my response.

1. At 18:57, the other player initiated the conflict by insulting me without provocation. I immediately attempted to de-escalate by pointing out that I had not insulted them.
2. The player ignored this and proceeded to insult me a second time at 19:26.

This is where I made my mistake. After being provoked twice, I lost my temper and retaliated with extremely offensive language. I fully admit that my response, especially the use of family insults, was a severe violation of the server rules.

I understand that provocation does not excuse my own toxicity. My actions were unacceptable, and I should have simply used the report function and disengaged. I sincerely apologize for my behavior and for breaking the rules. I have learned my lesson and promise to always utilize the proper reporting tools in the future, refusing to engage in retaliatory insults.

I humbly request that you consider unban my account. If that's not possible, I would greatly appreciate a reduced ban. But if none are possible, I respect your final decision and will wait for left days on my ban.
