Rejected Pov req + Bug abuse | 143378

As u can see in this pov ID 143378 spawns out of thin air or maybe jumps from above into the zone where we are currently fighting his family in hacker attack...i think he did some kind of bug abuse and broke the rule ER 1.3. I want to see his full event pov as to where he came from.
