2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.I just feel like Ballas could be way more alive. If I’m leader, I’ll make sure we’re doing turfs, pulling up to events, and actually doing stuff instead of being quiet in the city.
2.I’m not trying to run things just for power. I actually want to help the members, bring new people in, and make sure everyone has something to do and enjoy. If the members are happy, the gang’s stronger.
3.Right now people don’t really take Ballas serious. I want to change that and make sure we show everyone we’re organized and not just some random group. I want Ballas to be respected in the city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization. My advice for improving the RP in Ballas is
we want better RP in Ballas, we just need to act more like an actual gang. Talk more, move together, and stay in character. Instead of just shooting instantly, we can make situations, talk our way through stuff, start beef, negotiate, kidnap, etc. That makes everything way more fun and people will start taking Ballas more serious.
My goals:
1. 100% turf control.
2. Keep spray profit at the highest level.
3. Be the best in all events and show up strong.
4. Dominate the whole ghetto and make Ballas feared and respected.
