(i) When i joined this beautiful city my first experience of any organisation was illegal orgs. So, when i joined gangs, it was my best experience of city. So being a leader of Ballas it would be great for me and i will give max activity with my gang members on gang events.
(ii) I will choose my deputies and HCs wisely to not break any rules. I will hire active sprayer to give 10k+ profits of grafitti per hour. So, more people will get interest of join Ballas gang. Me and my gang members will dominate whole ghetto to be a active gang of this city,
(iii) I will try to choose best turf deputy to do 100% in a season. We will do max fz raids in a week so, more people will get hired to do fz raids and loot. I will become more active in the city after getting leadership. So, i will see what is everyone doing and i will see who is breaking any rule or not.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Doing max fz raids in a week. Getting max grafitti bonus to make more interest in peoples to get hired. Will dominate the whole ghetto so, more people will rob and earn money and get guns ammunations.
